Grievance officer and data requests

Email [email protected]. Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.

Data requests (all regions): email [email protected] from the address on your account and say which of these you want: a copy of your data, correction, deletion, stopping a particular use, withdrawing consent, or objecting to processing. We confirm your identity, then respond within 30 days. If you use an app through an organisation's workspace, that organisation may need to approve the request; we will coordinate.

Escalation. India: the Data Protection Board of India once operational. UK: the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk. EU: your national supervisory authority. US: your state attorney general. You can always contact us first and we would rather fix it.

Law-enforcement requests. We disclose data to authorities only on valid legal process under the law of the requesting jurisdiction, verified by counsel, and we notify the affected user unless the law prohibits it or there is a risk to life.
